Keith Mrotek
Keith started making coffee back in his hometown of Hayward, WI, the home of the world record Musky. After the inspiration of SCAA 2008, short stints in architectural drafting and denim manufacturing, he decided the service industry was where it's at, and coffee is one of his favorite pastimes anyways. He's a frequenter of SCAA, latte art throwdowns, and will likely compete this year. He's addicted to the three M's; measurement, mechanics and monopoly. Level one BGA, IDP, and USBC Sensory Judge Certified. He also makes cocktails.

Sarah Posma
I've been making coffee since I was 16 (which makes me older than I'm willing to admit, since I've been doing this for almost 12 years now) I have worked at three different cafes, I'm currently general manager, barista, roaster, and maintenance gal at Alaska Coffee Roasting in Fairbanks. I take every opportunity to learn about coffee and new techniques. I look forward to sharing my knowledge and gaining some new!
